Tiara Vocale is derived from Tiara Explorateur. It is a vocal and conversational interface which makes the computer more intelligent-like and more user friendly. While its look remains the same, it adds new functions which are inseparable of the vocal communication.

1)       Tiara Vocale is equipped with a voice recognition.  The PC does not need a mouse or keyboard any more to control most of its functions.

2)       It also includes a voice synthesis function to be able to dialogue with its users and to read aloud the texts and the web pages displayed on the screen.

3)       It finally includes Maieutica, a natural language programming tool. With this version of Maieutica, the user can develop small vocal and conversational programs, then dialogue with him using his own voice or a voice synthesis. These programs can be used to control peripherals or automatically manage the behavior of the PC when started.

4)       Other functions : vocal displaying/closing of the windows, vocal commands of the standards functions :   “copy”, “paste”, “cut ”, “cancel”, “save”, etc.
